Who you purchase from
Ovntty™ is owned and operated by Shanghai Wanguo Xinglian Trading Co., Ltd.. Submitting an order through ovntty.com acknowledges that the purchase is governed by these terms and the other policies made available on the website.
Information about products
We make reasonable efforts to present descriptions, photos, specifications, dimensions, materials, included components, availability, and prices accurately. Lighting, display settings, and normal manufacturing variation can cause minor color or appearance differences. Genuine errors may be corrected and information updated as needed.
Order review and acceptance
An order may still be checked for payment, inventory, delivery details, fraud risk, and legal restrictions. Where reasonably necessary, we can refuse, limit, or cancel an order for failed payment, suspected fraud, unavailable inventory, material price or information errors, unauthorized resale activity, or legal restrictions. If payment has already been collected for a canceled order, an appropriate refund is made to the original method.
Payment and order total
Transactions use United States Dollars (USD). Before payment, the store displays prices, applicable shipping, taxes, discounts, and the final amount. Providing payment information confirms that it is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected method.
Delivery and after-purchase procedures
Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard U.S. carrier transit is generally estimated at 5–12 business days after dispatch. The Shipping Policy explains tracking, international shipping, and assistance for late or missing packages. Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days of confirmed delivery under the Return & Refund Policy. Contact us before mailing a return to obtain approval, instructions, and the correct warehouse address. Cancellation requests should be submitted within 12 hours of purchase; cancellation cannot be guaranteed after processing or shipment preparation begins.
Promotional conditions
Promotions may specify eligibility requirements, exclusions, minimum purchases, expiry dates, and other clearly communicated terms. Unless stated otherwise, offers cannot be exchanged for cash or applied retroactively to completed orders.
Lawful use and prohibited activity

Liability and statutory protections

These terms do not remove consumer rights, remedies, warranties, or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Revised terms may be posted here. Unless the law requires a different result, the terms effective when an order was placed generally govern that transaction.
